There is an undeclared restriction on peaceful protests in Balochistan: BHRO

Quetta: BHRO spokesman have said in a press release that the enforced disappearances of Baloch political activists after a peaceful demonstration against human rights violations in Quetta is continuation of state’s aggression. The state instiutions are curtaining the ‘Right of freedom of expression’ through an undeclared restrictions on peaceful protests, rallies and seminars. The state is intensifying the human rights violations by continuing the enforced disappearances, torture on women and childrens, aerial bombardment on villages and civilian populations.
BHRO spokesman have further said that, the forces have abducted the youths from Naseerabad and Jafferabad. The series of enforced disappearances is continue everyday in Balochistan. Pakistani forces sometimes bombard the Baloch civilian population in Balochistan on name of ‘search operations’; and sometimes throw the bullet riddled bodies of political activists, and have created an atmosphere of fear and panic in Balochistan. The restrictions on social and political freedom is quite visible and which is very lethal for humanity.
The spokesman have also appealed the all humanists to play their role against the human rights violations in Balochistan, so that the theme of ‘Human Rights for all’ be fully implemented.
