International Voice for Baloch Missing Person The state terrorism in the form of enforced disappearances

Mutilated bodies of Hafeez Baloch, Rauf Baloch, Akbar Baloch and Adnan Baloch found frome Panjgur, Trubat and Khuzdar respectiuly. Abdul Rauf s/o Mohd Shareef, a 6th class student, resident of Panjgur has been diapered for many days, his family claimed that there son was abducted by state forces as the abduction of Baloch youth by state forces has become a daily rotten, on the morning of Tuesday 24 April his body was found at Duznap area of Panjgur , on the same day at evening another tortured body was found dumped in Panjgur wech was identified as Hafeez Anwar Baloch who was abducted on 22 April from his house at Chitkhan Panjgur along with his brother Zaheer Anwar and Ateeq Baloch, third body found on the same day was Akbar Baloch s/o Gulam who was resident of Tump and was abducted before 10 days by State forces, another body was found in Khuzdar at Jahlawan Complex who was identified as Adnan Langov abducted on 16 may 2012 frome Mach area of Balochistan.
The spokesperson of Baloch Human Rights Organization said in a statement that state forces attacked the house of Ramzan Baloch in Danuk area of Turbat and abducted Ramzan Baloch along with Naeem Baloch, Soban Baloch and Mulla Latif. In a another incidence state forces attacked a house in Ghareebabad Chitkhan area of Panjgur and abducted Two brothers Zaheer Anwar, Hafeez Anwar and another person Ateeque Baloch. In the continuity of state terrorism state forces started operation in Khandoor, Pathar Nala , Dhan and Peer koh and adjoining areas of Deera Bugti and Naseer Aabad, forcess cordoned of the area and tortured children, women and elders .
Quetta and Karachi : Simultaneous protest has been staged in front of press clubs in Quetta and Karachi on Saturday, against killing of Baloch political leader and intellectual Ali Jan Baloch and continuity of state terrorism and Baloch genocide in Jaho, Mastung, Panjgur , Kohistan Mari and all over Balochistan.
Addressing the protest, the representative of Baloch Human Rights Organization said that the continual events of killings and state terrorism is alarming. In the continuity of state terrorism on April 20 state forces attacked the house of Ali Jan Baloch in Jaho, killing Ali Jan Baloch and 18 other abducted.
On April 18 in a smiler attack on the house of Noroz Khan state forces abducted Noroz Khan himself along with Aazum Khan and Sardar Khan, in a another incidence in Panjgur forces looted the houses, forces indiscriminately targeted the female teachers and students in a girls school and abducted four Baloch including Master Asghar Baloch and Master Waheed Baloch. The representative of Baloch Human Rights Organization has said that the Pakistani forces, violating the sanctity of houses, raided localities in Mastung city and arrested Mohammad Azeem, Nauroz Baloch and another brother of him. We have reasons to believe that these people would also be disappeared and kept at unknown locations because the forces abduct people and then deny any involvement.
He further said that the forces keep the abducted Baloch in their torture cells for years before they dump their mutilated bodies in desolated places. These brutalities are subjected on the victims without any crime on the part of victims.
“The human rights violations in Balochistan are continued since many years and the Pakistani forces have abducted thousands in last one decade. 600 of the abducted Baloch have been torture murdered in torture cells. The bodies of the deceased show very gruesome marks of torture, which shame humanity,” he said.
The representative of BHRO has said that human rights violations in Balochistan have escalated alarmingly. Terror and uncertainty prevails everywhere due to the indiscriminate brutalities by state forces on the people of Balochistan.
The forces, ruthlessly ignoring the pleas by international and local organisations for recovery of missing persons, continue to abduct more Baloch activists on daily basis.
The representative further said that though the international human rights organisations have showed their concern on human rights violations in Balochistan but it has only remained limited to lip services. It is high time that the these organisations practically take concrete steps to stop the abductions.
Quetta: BHRO spokesman have said in a press release that the enforced disappearances of Baloch political activists after a peaceful demonstration against human rights violations in Quetta is continuation of state’s aggression. The state instiutions are curtaining the ‘Right of freedom of expression’ through an undeclared restrictions on peaceful protests, rallies and seminars. The state is intensifying the human rights violations by continuing the enforced disappearances, torture on women and childrens, aerial bombardment on villages and civilian populations.
The spokesman of BHRO, in a statement, has said that the Pakistani forces continue to abduct innocent Baloch from Balochistan.
“The forces abducted two young schoolboys, who are also brothers, from Notaal. The elder brother, Sanwal Khan, ages 16 whereas the younger, Rehmat Ali Maari is only 14 years of age. The forces also abducted 15 others from the same area,” said BHRO.
They further said that the incidents of abductions extremely traumatise the victim family members.

The spokesman of BHRO has said that Pakistani forces have abducted an 80 years old Baloch, Nehal Khan Bugti, from Dera Bugti. A man identified as Shehak Baloch and four of his friends were abducted from Noshki. Whereas, a vegetable vendor, Abdul Wahab Baloch, and his friend were abducted from Hub town.
The spokesman further said that the human rights in Balochistan have further escalated. Military operations in different areas of Balochistan have started and the abductions of Baloch people are also in full swing.

A protest was staged in front of Quetta Press Club by Baloch Human Rights Organization, which campaigns against human rights violations in Balochistan.
Addressing the protestors, the leaders of BHRO said that human rights violations in Balochistan have become a daily routine.
“The Pakistani forces yesterday initiated a deadly military operation in Dera Bugti and Naseerabad abducting many individuals and setting on fire many houses. Pakistani forces are terrorizing the localities of Chithar, Faleji, Konari, Yaaro, Darbar and adjoining areas,” said the speakers.
The BHRO representatives issued names of abductees, which include Sadiq Bugti, Usman s/o Joro Bugti, Shahnawaz s/o Bagiya Bugti.
“We have high fears that these abducted Baloch would also be killed like hundreds of others,” he said.
